India vs Zimbabwe 2nd T20: After a crushing defeat of 13 runs on the same ground in the first T20 match, India counterattacked like a wounded lion and thrashed Zimbabwe. India created history in this match by winning by a narrow margin of 100 runs.

The second T20 was played at Harare Sports Club, and India did counterattack, leaving Zimbabwe behind with a massive margin of 100 runs. This had been the biggest defeat faced by Zimbabwe in this country's T20 cricket history. With this win, India has tied this five-match T20 series 1-1.
After the humiliating defeat of 13 runs on Saturday at the same ground, India retaliated like a wounded lion and thrashed Zimbabwe. India batted first to win the toss and gave a massive target of 235 runs. This was the highest score that any team has ever made against Zimbabwe on this ground. The Zimbabwe team retorted with a team score of just 134 runs in 18.4 overs.
For Zimbabwe, Morcha Madhevere scored 43 runs in 39 balls, Brian Bennett scored 26 runs in 9 balls, and Luke Mafuwa Jongwe scored 33 runs in 26 balls. Apart from these three, no other batter could do anything special. For India, fast bowlers Avesh Khan and Mukesh Kumar took three wickets each. At the same time, Ravi Bishnoi got two, and Sundar got one wicket.
Earlier, India won the toss and batted first to post 234 in 20 overs with the loss of two wickets. For the team, Abhishek Sharma notched his first-ever international T20 cricket century, scoring 100 runs off 47 balls with the help of eight sixes and seven fours. Sharma shared a 137-run second-wicket partnership with Gaikwad.
Apart from him, Gaikwad scored an unbeaten 77 off 47 balls with the help of 11 fours and a six, hitting a half-century off 38 balls. At the same time, Rinku Singh played an unbeaten innings of 48 runs off 22 balls with the help of 2 fours and five sixes.
