Former Pakistan captain and veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik is suddenly in trouble. Malik, playing in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), has been accused of match-fixing. After which the league suddenly canceled the owner's contract in the middle of the season. However, why has Malika's contract been terminated? While playing for Fortune Barishal (FB) in a BPL match, Malik bowled three nos in a single over. After which he came under suspicion. In the match played against Khulna Tigers (KT) in Mirpur on January 22, Malik bowled three no-balls one after the other. Before this, no spinner had ever bowled three no-balls in an over in the history of T20 cricket. In such a situation, he started being viewed with suspicion.

Now the owners of Fortune Barishal have terminated his contract. In an official statement, Fortune Barisal team owner Mizanur Rahman said, 'Malik will not play the remaining matches of the BPL after flying to Dubai due to personal reasons. In such a situation, his contract is cancelled for the remaining season.

Malik has played all the matches of the first phase of BPL. But his performance was not good. Now Ahmed Shahzad will replace him in Fortune Barishal. Last week Malik made a big record by scoring 13,000 runs in T20 cricket. He became the first player in Asia and the second player in the world to do so. He achieved this feat in the match between Fortune Barishal and Rangpur Riders.
