Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters to the newly appointed recruits in the direction of fulfilling the announcement of giving government jobs to one million people. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement that the job fair would be organized at 45 locations across the country. Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Electronics and IT, Rajeev Chandrasekhar will address this job fair. Under Mission Recruitment, the Government of India and States/UTs are organizing job fairs across the country and distributing appointment letters to lakhs of youth every month. The eighth job fair being organized as a national campaign will be held in Hyderabad. On October 22 last year, the employment fair campaign was started.
The Prime Minister's Office has issued a statement saying that PM Modi will distribute 51 thousand appointment letters to the newly recruited people through video conferencing on August 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. On this occasion, PM Modi will also address the appointed people. It is being told that the new recruits selected from across the country will join various organizations under the Ministry of Home Affairs in various posts like Constable (General Duty), Sub-Inspector (General Duty), and Non-General Duty cadre posts.
The Ministry of Home Affairs is recruiting personnel in the Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Assam Rifles, Central Industrial Security Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Narcotics Control Bureau and Delhi Police through the job fair program. Will help in internal security, countering terrorism, and extremism, countering left-wing extremism, and protecting the nation's borders.
