Today on Tuesday, devotees enjoyed the devotion of Ramlala by singing Holi songs in the temple.

On Tuesday, Lord Ram celebrated Holi in his brand-new Ayodhya temple. Lord Rama played Holi with flowers for the first time on the Krishna Paksha Pratipada day in the month of Chaitra. Afterwards, gulal was applied to them by temple priests. The most noteworthy aspect of today's Holi celebration at the Ram temple was that Balakram was given a large Pichkari, which he used to play Holi. After hearing Fagua songs performed in the Awadh region on the occasion of Holi, Lord Ram's face brightened. The devotees became emotional upon seeing this scene of the temple.
For the past two days, the Ram temple has been hosting a number of Holi-related events on a continuous basis. These programs will continue till Aathon Chaiti (a one-week special time in Sanatan Dharma to play Holi). In the same sequence, God played Holi on Monday also. Today on Tuesday, devotees enjoyed the devotion of Ramlala by singing Holi songs in the temple.
VHP leader Sharad Sharma, associated with the temple administration, told Amar Ujala that on the occasion of Holi, different programs are continuously going on in the Ram temple. The devotees coming for the darshan of Ramlala are enjoying the darshan of Ram as well as the folk songs and Fagua songs of Awadh. Due to this, there is an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm among the people.
Sharad Sharma said that on Ram Navami, a large number of devotees can reach Ayodhya to have darshan of Lord Ram. Keeping this in view, special facilities are being made so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience in having the darshan of the Lord. He said that complete arrangements are being made for the movement of devotees, their stay and all other facilities. Security is being tightened at every level in collaboration with the police administration.
