Pakistan, which is facing serious economic crisis, has big expectations from India, Foreign Minister made this request

Pakistan, which is dealing with political unrest, terrorism, and a dire economic crisis, has stated that it wants to resume trade with India. Ishaq Dar, the foreign minister of Pakistan, has stated as much. According to him, Pakistan is seriously thinking about stepping up trade with India. Significantly, Pakistan ceased trading with India in 2019 following the abolition of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. After attending the Nuclear Energy Summit in Brussels, Dar stated at a press conference in London that while Pakistan's business community regrets the action taken by India in August 2019, they want to resume trade with India. Discussions are going on about this. We are considering doing business with India very seriously. It is impossible to modify neighbours.

After Jammu and Kashmir's removal from Article 370 by the Indian government, trade between the two nations was suspended. Pakistan's diplomatic engagement with India has also been considerably curtailed. Pakistan stated that India would have to back off from its "unilateral" actions in Kashmir before talks could begin. India, though, has dismissed this idea.

The Foreign Minister of India, S. During his visit to Singapore, Jaishankar made a statement regarding Pakistan, stating that India will no longer overlook the problem of terrorism. According to S. Jaishankar, every nation aspires to have cordial ties with its neighbours; however, India is unfortunate in that Pakistan is its neighbour. On the issue of terrorism, India will no longer say that let us continue our talks.

Know the hope of improvement in relations from three things:

1. Shahbaz Sharif has become the Prime Minister after the recent elections in Pakistan. His party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has a reformist attitude towards relations with India.
2. PML-N has promised a 'message of peace with India' in its election manifesto, although it has also kept a condition of restoration of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
3. Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also participated in the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014. Now Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated his younger brother Shehbaz Sharif on becoming the Prime Minister.
