Death toll due to Corona is increasing in the world
Asia and Middle East countries are at the forefront; WHO asked for data from countries. WHO has confirmed the increase in the death toll of corona cases and virus worldwide. For this, the World Health Organization has appealed to all countries to share complete data related to Kovid-19. WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said – The number of patients admitted due to corona has increased in Europe, while the death toll has increased in Asia and the Middle East.

According to WHO, only 43 countries are sharing the data of death due to Kovid. At the same time, there are only 20 countries which are giving information related to the admitted patients. The organization said that at present there is no single variant in the world that is spreading the fastest. However, EG.5 Omicron is on the rise and cases of the BA.2.86 sub-variant have been found in 11 countries.

Ghebreyesus said – The number of admitted patients and deaths is proof that Corona is now going to be among us and we will have to be prepared to fight it. WHO said that cold is coming in the Northern Hemisphere. In such a situation, corona cases may increase. For this reason, the number of Covid patients in hospitals is increasing.
