Air Strike: Israel now carried out air strikes on Houthi rebels, 4 killed, 49 injured
Air Strike: Along with Hezbollah, Israel has now started attacks on its enemy Houthi rebels. Israel says that this attack is Israel's answer to the Houthi rebels.

At least four people were killed and 49 others injured in Israeli air strikes on Yemen's Red Sea port city of Hodeidah, media reported citing health sources. Houthi Rebel-run Al-Masirah TV on Sunday described the attacks as an "Israeli invasion", detailing that the port in the Ras Issa area and power stations in the Al-Hali and Al-Kathib districts were attacked, Xinhua news agency reported. Four people were killed, including a port worker and three engineers at the Al-Hali power station, according to reports." He added that 49 others were injured and rescue operations are still ongoing. The airstrikes involved dozens of aircraft, including fighter jets, mid-air refueling aircraft and intelligence aircraft, with the targets some 1,800 kilometers away from Israel.
A pro-government Yemeni official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Xinhua that more than 10 airstrikes hit key infrastructure along the Red Sea coast, including oil tanks, the airport and other port facilities. Meanwhile, residents said they heard the roar of jets and ambulances were seen rushing through the streets. He said Houthi fighters have cordoned off the targeted areas.
Meanwhile, the Houthi group issued a statement informing residents of areas under its control that "it has already taken necessary measures for any emergency and fuel supplies are stable". The Israeli military said “the attack was carried out in response to recent attacks by the Houthis against Israel,” referring to two missiles fired from Yemen towards central Israel — one fired at a military target in the Jaffa area of Tel Aviv on Friday and another targeting Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv on Saturday. Both missiles, which were intercepted by Israeli air defences, caused no casualties.
The Israeli air strikes on Houthi targets followed the killing of Hezbollah's top leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in an escalating conflict in Lebanon on Friday, escalating its confrontation with Iran's allies in the region. Yemen's Houthis have carried out sporadic attacks on Israel and disrupted “Israeli-related” shipping in the Red Sea since November last year, allegedly to support the Palestinians in their conflict with the Israelis.
