Congress Party President Mallikarjun Kharge has presented the blueprint and objective of the 'Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra' being started before the Lok Sabha elections. Taking the lead, Kharge has made it clear that the core of Congress's 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' will include not just a few but many issues. Public awareness will be raised on issues related to inflation, unemployment, farmers' issues, poor conditions of labourers, the increasing gap between rich and poor and caste census. During the yatra, Rahul Gandhi will talk to various sections and organizations of the society. Will discuss solutions to their problems. Kharge has also included the suspension of 146 MPs in Parliament from 'Manipur' in the awakening of Nyaya Yatra. To corner the BJP, Kharge has drawn the blueprint of Nyay Yatra in such a way that no class, group or issue of the country remains untouched in it.
On Saturday, Congress President Kharge said, 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' is being taken out to provide justice to the countrymen. Through this Nyaya Yatra, issues related to the public will be discussed. He launched the logo of 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' with the slogan 'Nyay ka Haq Milne Tak'. During this, Congress Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal and General Secretary in-charge of Communication Department Jairam Ramesh were also present with him. In a press conference organized at the launch of the logo at the Congress headquarters in New Delhi, Kharge said, 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' will be taken out on the basic social, economic and political issues of the country. Through this, issues related to the public will be discussed. Public awareness will be raised on issues related to inflation, unemployment, farmers' issues, poor conditions of labourers, the increasing gap between rich and poor and caste census.
The platform of 'Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra' will connect NGOs, journalists, farmers, small traders, Dalits-backward classes, tribals and intellectual class.
This journey is not only to convey our views to the public but is also a platform to listen to the public's voice and their problems. Congress has invited leaders of India Alliance, Congress allies in various states and civil society to join the 'Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra'. During the yatra, all those people will be met and discussed. The purpose of this yatra is also to strengthen the four pillars mentioned in the Preamble of the Constitution – Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. The Congress President again raised the issue of Manipur violence and said that unfortunate incidents kept happening in Manipur, but PM Modi did not go to Manipur. The Prime Minister goes everywhere, gets photographed wearing new clothes, and speaks, but PM Modi did not go to Manipur.
Mallikarjun Kharge also expressed his views regarding the proceedings taken in the Parliament recently. He said that Congress would go among the people and tell them that there is no other way other than this journey. When we tried to raise issues related to the country in Parliament, the government did not allow us to speak. This happened for the first time in the history of the country when 146 MPs were suspended. This is the reason why Congress is going among the public through 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra'. Through this, Congress will be able to convey its views to the public. Will be able to meet every section of society and listen to them. Referring to the misuse of investigative agencies, Mallikarjun Kharge said, the BJP government is openly using ED, CBI, Income Tax Department to intimidate the opposition. When these people catch opposition leaders, they impose any case against them. As soon as that leader joins the BJP, his image becomes clear. The Congress President also attacked the Modi government over the new criminal laws and labour laws and said that these are signs of dictatorship.
