Audi Q8 e-tron and Q8 e-tron Sportback debut in India accelerates to 100 in 5.6 seconds

Luxury car maker company Audi India has debuted the Q8 e-tron model in India. The Q8 e-tron is Audi's first electric luxury car. The company will launch it in standard SUV and Sportback coupe SUV body styles.

The company has given the facelifted Q8 e-tron a blacked-out grille surround, which goes all the way down to the headlights. Its top position has been redesigned. In which the net design and a new monochrome logo of the company have been given. It also gets a reprofiled front bumper with a large air intake on either side. Apart from this, the new Q8 badging has been given on the newly designed bumper and tailgate at the rear.

Talking about its interiors, its layout has been kept similar to the current model. It also gets features like heating, ventilation, and massage in the powered front seats with a memory function. Apart from this, to control the console - 10.1 inches for the infotainment system and an 8.6-inch touch screen have been given to control most of the features of the car like HVAC. Like the outgoing model, the Q8 e-tron also gets a digital instrument cluster which Audi calls Virtual Cockpit Plus.

The Audi Q8 e-tron comes with a 14kWh battery pack. Talking about its range, it is capable of covering a distance of 600 kilometers on a single full charge. It comes with two electric motors, which generate 408hp and 664Nm of torque.

It gets charged from 0 to 100 percent in 6 hours. Along with this, the company claims that it is capable of charging from 10 to 80 percent in 31 minutes. Talking about the speed of its SUV, it is capable of catching the speed of 0-100 kmph in 5.6 seconds.
