The A6 Avant E-Tron, Audi India's newest electric vehicle, has been observed undergoing road testing. Audi said at the concept car's introduction that the production model would inherit about 95% of the concept's design.

Audi's latest Digital Stage infotainment system, featuring a 14.9-inch infotainment system and an 11.9-inch digital driver display on a curved glass screen, is available for the new Q6 e-tron. Aside from this, the passenger has access to a 10.9-inch touchscreen display.

The Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture of the company, which also supports the Porsche Macan EV, is probably going to be used by the Audi A6 Avant E-Tron. The 800-volt design and 100 kWh battery pack is tipped for a declared WLTP range of 435 miles (700 kilometres), with DC fast charging at up to 270kW.
