Army soldier: The relatives of the jawan said that 25-year-old Javed Ahmed Wani, a resident of Kulgam, was kidnapped when he was going in his car.

In the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir, an army soldier who had come to his home for the Eid holiday went missing. The relatives of the jawan have claimed that he is missing since Saturday night. On hearing the news of the jawan's disappearance, the army and the police jointly started a search operation. During the search operation, the army found slippers and blood stains in the jawan's car. After this incident, a blockade has been done in the entire area.
According to media reports, the relatives of the jawan told that 25-year-old Javed Ahmed Wani, a resident of Kulgam, was kidnapped when he was going in his car. The jawan's father told that Wani is allegedly posted in Leh (Ladakh) and is missing since around 8 pm on Saturday night.
The army became active as soon as it got the news of the kidnapping of its jawan. The army along with the police launched a massive search and cordon operation to trace the jawan. A blockade has been done in the area. The family says Javed had driven his car to Chauvalgam to buy groceries.
The family told police and army officials that when the jawan did not return home, they started searching for him in the surrounding areas and nearby villages. During the search operation, a pair of slippers and blood stains were found in his car at Paranhal village. The car was unlocked. However, no official statement has yet come on this. But the way blood stains have been found in the car, the possibility of the murder of the jawan is being raised.
