The companies that are subject to this ban are the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant in Belarus, Tianjin Creative Source International Trade and Granpect Company Limited in China, and Xi'an Longde Technology Development. These businesses were involved in operations that contributed to the development of lethal weaponry.
According to US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, these businesses are assisting Pakistan in producing missiles. Miller stated that America is devoted to reversing any mistake. China has long been Pakistan's ally and has supplied arms and defence hardware for Islamabad's military modernization initiative.
One of these companies, Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant, supplied special vehicle chassis for Pakistan's long-range ballistic missile program.
According to a State Department fact sheet, such chassis are used as launch support equipment for ballistic missiles by Pakistan's National Development Complex (NDC), which is responsible for the development of Missile Technology Control Range (MTCR) ballistic missiles. Is.
