Terror attack plot foiled in Paris, police arrested ISIS terrorist and associate

In the last few months, the number of people plotting terrorist attacks in Europe is increasing. Such cases come up from time to time. The French police had a big success just a few days ago. French police foiled a terrorist attack plot in the country's capital Paris.

In Paris, French police have taken an ISIS terrorist and his accomplice into custody. The associate, an Egyptian immigrant, was planning a Jihadi terrorist attack in Paris with the other person. The police arrested them both and stopped the plot.

It became apparent during the ISIS terrorist's and his associate's interrogation that they were both preparing a terrorist attack on Notre Dame Cathedral, also known as Notre Dame de Paris. The largest church in Paris, Notre Dame Cathedral draws visitors from all over the nation and the world. The police stopped the ISIS terrorists and their allies from attacking this church in order to prevent them from attacking as many people as possible.

Both the accused, who are plotting to attack the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, will be prosecuted. Also, both are likely to get long punishments.
