Sunny Deol Bungalow Auction: Sunny Deol had taken a loan from the bank and the guarantor was Sunny Deol's father Dharmendra.
Bollywood actor and BJP MP Sunny Deol's Juhu bungalow will not be auctioned. Bank of Baroda had issued a notice to auction Sunny Deol's villa to recover Rs 56 crore, which has been withdrawn a day later citing technical glitches. Bank of Baroda on Monday published a correction in the newspaper saying that the e-auction notice issued to auction the actor's Juhu bungalow has been withdrawn due to technical reasons. Earlier on August 20, the bank had issued a notice of e-auction in the newspaper saying that the auction would be held on September 25.
It was said by the bank that Sunny Deol had taken a loan of about Rs 56 crore on his Juhu bungalow, which he could not return. After which the bank had issued a notice that now his bungalow would be auctioned. But within 24 hours the bank changed its mind and the auction was put on hold.
The name of the bungalow is Sunny Villa. It was said in the notice from the bank that there would be an e-auction of his bungalow to recover the loan amount. But now there is news of relief for Sunny Deol that his bungalow will not be auctioned.
This bungalow of Sunny Deol is spread over 599.44 square meters with Sunny Villa and Sunny Sounds. It was also ready to be auctioned. Sunny Sounds is a company owned by Deol. For this, Sunny Deol had taken a loan from the bank and made Sunny Deol's father Dharmendra as a guarantor.
This bungalow of Sunny Deol has parking to the pool, movie theatre, helipad area, and garden. Apart from this, all the amenities of Asho Aaram are available. This bungalow is quite luxurious to look at and is surrounded by natural beauty.
