Shahrukh has been given Y+ security in view of the possibility of danger after his two hit films 'Jawaan' and 'Pathan' this year. If reports are to be believed, Shahrukh Khan was continuously receiving death threats, after which the Maharashtra government has increased his security. Now King Khan will be accompanied by 6 police commandos as bodyguards at all times, who will be deployed for the security of Maharashtra Police. This security will be given to King Khan in the entire country.

News agency ANI has shared the statement of Maharashtra Police on the security given to Shah Rukh Khan on its official Twitter account. Giving information, he said that the Maharashtra government has increased the security of Shahrukh Khan by giving him Y+ security after he allegedly received death threats.

It was also told in this report that Shahrukh Khan had complained in writing to the state government that after 'Pathan' and 'Jawan', he was continuously receiving calls threatening to kill him. "In view of the recent potential threats to cine star Shah Rukh Khan, all unit commanders are requested to provide him Y+ security with escort scale," the notification from Special IGP and VIP Security Dilip Sawant read.

All these bodyguards deployed for the security of Shahrukh Khan will be equipped with Glock pistols, MP-5 machine guns, and AK-47 assault rifles. Apart from this, four policemen will also be deployed at King Khan's house all the time. Shahrukh himself will bear the expenses of his security. Private security in the country cannot be armed with weapons, for this there must be police protection.
