BMW i7
The i7 electric car was launched in the Indian market by BMW at the beginning of the year. Coming with all wheel drive, this car can be driven up to 625 kilometers on full charge. The motor installed in it gives the car a power of 544 PS.
Hyundai Ioniq5
Ioniq 5 was launched by Hyundai during the Auto Expo. During this time Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan was also present. The battery in it can be driven up to 631 kilometers after full charge. The motor installed in it provides power of 217 PS and torque of 350 Newton meters.
Mahindra XUV400
Mahindra has also launched XUV400 in the Indian market this year itself. The company has given two battery options in this SUV. Due to which the SUV gets a range of 375 and 456 kilometers. A motor is provided with two batteries, which gives the SUV 150 PS and 310 Newton meters of torque.
Citroen EC3
Citroen EC3 is the company's first electric car to be launched in India. The motor installed in it provides 57 PS and 143 Newton meter torque. It gets a range of about 320 kilometers on full charge.
MG Comet EV
Comet was launched by MG as the second electric car in the Indian market. This small car has only two doors and seating for four people. The company has provided a 17.3 kWh battery, which can be driven up to 230 kilometers after full charge. The motor installed in it provides 42 PS and 110 Newton meter torque.
Audi Q8 e-tron
Q8 e-tron has also been launched by Audi in the Indian market during the year 2023. This is the second most expensive car among the cars launched till August. In this, two battery options are available from the company. Due to which the car can be driven for about 600 kilometers. The motor installed in it provides power of 408 PS and torque of 664 Newton meters.
Volvo C40 recharge
Volvo's C40 Recharge has been provided with a battery with a capacity of 78 kWh. With which dual electric motor has been given. With this battery the SUV can be driven up to 530 kilometers. Also, it takes eight hours to charge it. At the same time, it takes only 27 minutes to charge from 10 to 80 percent with a fast charger. From the motor installed in it, the SUV gets 408 bhp and 660 Newton meter torque.
Tata Nexon Electric
Nexon Electric has a battery of 40.5 kWh. With this battery the SUV can be driven up to 465 kilometers. It takes 8.9 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h. The motor installed in it gives the SUV a torque of 106.4 kW and 215 Newton meters. Whereas its mid-range variant has a 30 kWh battery. Due to which the SUV can be driven up to 325 kilometers. It takes 9.2 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers and the motor in it provides 95 kilowatts and 215 Newton meters of torque. Along with this, multi mode regenerative technology is available in it. With the 7.2 kW charger installed at home, it can be charged from 10 to 100 percent in 4.3 and six hours. Whereas it takes 56 minutes to charge the SUV with DC fast charger.
Mercedes EQ
EQE has been launched by Mercedes in the Indian market. Power comes from two motors, one on each axle, producing 402 bhp and 858 Newton meters of torque. This electric SUV accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 4.9 seconds. Its top speed is 210 kilometers per hour. The company claims a range of 765 km on a single charge from its 90.56 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The SUV gets all-wheel drive as standard and can support DC fast charging speeds of up to 170 kW.
