Netherlands has defeated South Africa by 38 runs in the World Cup 2023. This is the second major reversal within the last 3 days. Earlier on October 15, Afghanistan had defeated world champion England by 69 runs in Delhi.
On Tuesday, South Africa won the toss and decided to field at Dharamshala ground. Batting first, Netherlands scored 245 runs for 8 wickets in 43 overs. In reply, South Africa was all out for 207 runs in 42.5 overs. The overs were cut short due to rain after the toss.
