Sanju Samson got angry at Jaiswal during the middle of the match and made a big mistake, but RCB could not take advantage

The eliminator match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 was played between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). In this match played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Rajasthan defeated Bengaluru by four wickets. With this win, Rajasthan Royals have reached the second qualifier match, where they will face Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on May 24. Whereas the journey of Royal Challengers Bangalore has ended in IPL 2024.
After hitting 17 runs off of 13 balls in this game, Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson was unable to muster any extra effort and had to return to the pavilion. However, if RCB had taken advantage of the opportunity in the ninth over, Samson would not have been able to accomplish even this. The ninth over for the RCB was actually being bowled by spinner Karn Sharma. Samson hit a brilliant shot and pushed the ball towards cover on the second ball of the over. Samson attempted to take two runs but was stopped by Yashasvi Jaiswal, another batsman. Afterward, Samson was required to return to the bowling end. As they were returning, Sanju became enraged with Jaiswal and began to become upset with him without putting the bat on the crease.
Samson was two steps away from the crease and turned and said something angrily to Jaiswal. Then Swapnil Singh threw the ball and gave it to Karan Sharma. But Sharma's attention was somewhere else. When Karn collected the ball back, Samson was out of the crease. Despite this, he could not uproot the wicket and Sanju slowly came inside the crease.
Talking about the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore, batting first, scored 172 runs losing eight wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Rajasthan Royals achieved this by losing six wickets in one over. Riyan Parag, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shimron Hetmyer batted well for Rajasthan Royals. Jaiswal scored 45 runs on 30 balls with the help of eight fours, Parag scored 26 runs on 26 balls with the help of two sixes and two fours and Hetmyer scored 26 runs on 14 balls with the help of one six and three fours.
In the end, Rovman Powell hit an excellent six and led the team to victory. Powell played an unbeaten inning of 16 runs on eight balls. For Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mohammed Siraj took two wickets, and Karn Sharma, Loki Ferguson, and Cameron Green took one wicket each.
