Earlier, customers had to pay a separate installation fee to get an AirFiber connection, but under the Freedom Offer, this fee will not have to be paid upon taking the connection. A customer who wants to book a new Jio AirFiber connection can do it by giving a missed call at 60008-60008. After the call to this number, some instructions have to be followed. Other than this, connections can be made using the Jio website and My Jio app.
