Samsung launches new 5G smartphone, will get 50 megapixel selfie camera

Samsung India has launched its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G in the Indian market. Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G comes with a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 50-megapixel front camera. Apart from this, it has a fusion design. The design of Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G is very similar to Samsung Galaxy M55 5G and Samsung Galaxy F55 5G.

Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD + sAMOLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits of peak brightness. This phone has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. This phone supports up to 16GB of RAM (including virtual RAM) and up to 256GB of internal storage.

Speaking about the camera, this phone has a triple rear camera setup, as it includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor supporting OIS besides an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera is also 50-megapixel. This phone has support for the dual recording feature for users to record with the front and back cameras all at once.

It comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Further, this phone includes Samsung Knox Vault security and an in-display fingerprint sensor. This smartphone is 7.8mm thick.

The price of Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G in India starts at Rs 19,999. The phone will go on sale starting September 26 via Samsung and Amazon India website and select offline retail stores. This phone is available in two shades- Coral Green and Thunder Black.
