In which they are saying that if any leader does not donate for the Congress office, then his name will not be sent in the ticket panel.

Yogesh Mishra has given this statement in a meeting of Congress officials held in a hotel in Neemrana. District President Mishra said that the names of those who donate to the party will be sent to the candidate panel. Whose bio-data does not contain receipt of donation, that bio-data will not be sent further. He said that there is still 2 to 3 days time to send names to the panel. The names of those leaders who donate for the construction of the party office will be sent to the candidate panel.

Actually, Congress office is being built in Ambedkar Nagar of Alwar. During the meeting, Yogesh Mishra said that this office is for workers and leaders. No donations have been taken from outside to build it. Only party workers and leaders have donated.
