Mahadev online gaming app promoter Saurabh Chandrakar detained in Dubai, will be brought to India soon

Regarding Mahadev Online Gaming App (Mahadev App Case), it is being said that due to this, Congress had to face defeat in the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh. There is news about Saurabh Chandrakar, the promoter of this app, that he is under house arrest in Dubai and the Indian government wants to bring him to the country. The way to bring him from Dubai to Delhi has also been cleared. Red Corner was issued against Saurabh at the request of the enforcement directorate. Now based on Red Corner Notice, the UAE has taken action against him and he has been placed under house arrest in Dubai.

The house where Saurabh Chandrakar is under house arrest in Dubai has been locked from outside. It was believed that Saurabh could dodge and run away somewhere else at any time. At the request of the Indian Government, UAE officials were continuously keeping an eye on him. Now it is believed that soon the process of his extradition to India will be started.

On November 6, 2023, the Mumbai Metropolitan Magistrate's Court ordered the police to investigate the matter after a social activist Prakash Banker complained several times. Prakash alleged that fraud of Rs 15,000 crore was done through the app since 2019. In this case, an FIR was registered under Maharashtra Prevention of Gambling and IPC. According to his complaint, this syndicate has tried to manipulate cricket matches. Due to this manipulation, Saurabh Chandrakar and his associates were earning crores of rupees every day. It was claimed to earn Rs 90 crore every month through this business.

The business of the Mahadev App was running in big cities of many states of India including Chhattisgarh. About 30 call centres were opened for this app. It is claimed to have around 1200 branches all over India. The app business was being run in India with the help of Anil Dammani and Sunil Dammani, two very close associates of Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal. Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal used to sell each branch as a franchise. Ravi Uppal was Saurabh Chandrakar's right-hand man and also his partner in this work. As soon as this scam was exposed, the names of many Bollywood personalities and celebrities came to light.
