Honda Motorcycle & Scooter Dandiya launched its new motorcycle on Tuesday i.e. 8th August. This motorcycle is based on the Honda Unicorn platform. The company SP 160 bike has been introduced with a 160cc engine.
It is a platform-engineered bike, with its engine main frame similar to that of the Unicorn. It has an air-cooled 162cc single-cylinder engine, which generates power of 13.5hp and torque of 14.6Nm. Its engine is being compared to Pulsar P150, Yamaha FZ, and Suzuki Gixxer.
Talking about its color options, it is available in Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Dark Blue Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Spartan Red, and Pearl Deep Ground Grey. Talking about its price, the price of the single power brake variant has been kept at Rs 1.17 lakh and the price of the dual power brake variant has been kept at Rs 1.22 lakh.
Its design is different from the Honda SP 125. The LED headlight is very similar to the SP125, while the LED tail-lamp design is quite different. It has been designed keeping the youth in mind. In which a big fuel tank is available. It gets LED lighting as well as digital instrumentation.
The LCD display is small but a lot of information is visible in it. Apart from the speedometer, tachometer, and gear position indicator, data related to kilometer records and fuel measurements is also seen in it. Although Bluetooth connectivity is not present. It has 17-inch wheels.
