Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency' will make the path easier, just have to accept this thing of CBFC
Kangana Ranaut's film Emergency had to go to court to get a certificate from the censor board. The co-producers of this political drama film had knocked on the door of Bombay High Court. After which the court had given time to CBFC to take a decision till September 25. Now the Central Board of Certificates has put forward its conditions on Emergency.

The film 'Emergency' by Kangana Ranaut has been in news for quite some time. This film was going to release on September 6, but due to the Central Board of Certification, the sword was hanging over the film.
Co-producer of the film 'Emergency', Zee-Entertainment Enterprises had knocked the door of Bombay High Court when the censor board did not pass the film.
In this matter, the court had also sought a decision by the censor board on Kangna's film on September 25. Now CBFC has recently informed the court that their film can be released, just some cuts have to be made in it.
In fact, there was much ado made over Kangana Ranaut's film during the past few days. According to a news report published in NDTV, two Sikh communities had filed a PIL in Madhya Pradesh High Court against the film. After the Censor Board saw the growing controversy against the film, the certificate of the film was also stalled. But after the scolding from Bombay High Court, on September 25, Censor Board lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud told that court some scenes have been shown in the film, in which the opposing group is dealing with some political parties. He said, "We have to see whether it is factually correct or not".
Besides this, he said that there is no political angle in the film and the filmmakers just have to make a few cuts. Zee Entertainment's senior lawyer Sharan Jagtiani, regarding the cuts being suggested by the Censor Board, has sought some more time from the court so that he can see whether the cuts he is suggesting are reasonable or not. The next hearing on the certificate of 'Emergency' will be held on 30 September.
Kanagna Ranaut, apart from acting in the film 'Emergency', is also handling the direction of the film. She will be watched in this film with stars like Mahila Chaudhary, Shreyas Talpade, Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik and Milind Soman in major roles.
