The way incumbent President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton roared in favor of Kamala's claim on the very first day of the convention is now being considered as the new chapter of politics in the history of America. While supporting Harris's claim, Joe Biden said, "clearly that Kamala will be such a president whom our children can follow.". She will be such a president—the leaders of the world will respect her, because after all, she has already earned it. She will be a president we all can be proud of, and she will be that historic president who will put her stamp on America's future. At the same time, on the other hand, Biden also said that choosing Kamala has been my best decision in my political life while choosing her as his vice president. Besides commending the work of Kamala, Clinton replied that Kamala possessed the character, experience, and vision which this nation needs in a President.

On the first day of the convention, First Lady Jill Biden also gave a speech along with President Joe Biden. When Biden reached the stage, people were shouting slogans of 'Thank you Joe'. During this, Biden hugged his daughter Ashley. During this, he was also seen wiping his tears. During this, Biden told the people, 'Are you ready to vote for freedom? Are you ready to vote for democracy and America? I ask you, are you ready to choose Kamala Harris and Tim Walz?'

Georgia Senator Rafael Warnock voted in favor of Kamala at the convention and said that voting is a kind of prayer, for the world we want for ourselves and our children. When we pray together, our prayers are stronger. Black Warnock is also the pastor of the Atlanta Church, where Martin Luther King Jr. once preached.

Hillary Clinton made the most scathing attack on former President Donald Trump at the convention. Hillary called Kamala a visionary, while Trump was called a fugitive and a convict. Hillary said that we have forced Trump to run away. Taking a dig at Trump, Hillary said that Trump was sleeping when the court was hearing against Trump. At the same time, when Hillary was giving a speech at the convention, slogans were being raised in the convention to send Trump to jail.
