Qatar has mediated the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. The war has created a humanitarian crisis in Gaza. People in Gaza are yearning for daily bread, while there is no electricity in Gaza due to a shortage of fuel. In hospitals, doctors have had to treat patients with the help of torchlight.
The ceasefire has shown a ray of hope to the Palestinians present in Gaza. Meanwhile, many countries are coming forward to help the people trapped in Gaza. Egypt has said that it is going to send 130,000 liters of diesel to Gaza during the ceasefire. Four trucks filled with diesel will go to Gaza daily. At the same time, 200 trucks filled with food items are going to Gaza.
Nearly 13,000 Gazans have been killed in Israeli bombardments since then, according to Palestinian health officials, about 40 percent of whom are children. Now it has become difficult to keep even this information. Because, due to the Israeli bombing, the health service here has also faltered.
Before the ceasefire, there was a fierce battle here. Israeli jets hit more than 300 targets. At the same time, on October 7, 1,200 people were killed in the attack on Israel by Hamas.
