This plane of a Romanian company had taken off from Dubai and was going to Nicaragua with passengers. The plane was stopped on suspicion of human trafficking.

It is being told that there are 302 passengers on board the plane, most of whom are Indians. Airbus A340 reached Mumbai airport at around 4 am on Tuesday morning. The plane took off from Vatry Airport in France at around 2.30 am. According to reports, 25 passengers, including 2 minors, had expressed their desire to apply for asylum. He is currently in France. Asylum applications will be processed at Roissy-Charles de Gau Airport.

The plane was stopped by French authorities at Vitry airport, 150 km east of Paris, on suspicion of 'human trafficking'. The 303 passengers were questioned by four French judges on Sunday after being detained. The hearing is being reported as part of an investigation launched by the Paris prosecutor's office on suspicion of human trafficking.
