After an investigation, doctors have now ruled out any kind of chemical adulteration in Bushra Bibi's food regarding her health. Geo News gave this information.
According to Geo News, the medical examination was done in the presence of Pakistan Imran Khan's trusted family doctor Asim Yusuf. During the investigation, Bushra Bibi stayed at a private hospital in Islamabad for six hours for diagnostic tests, including endoscopy. Hospital sources said ultrasound, ECHO and ECG tests were done on Bushra Bibi.
According to sources, doctors have approved all the medical reports of Bushra Bibi. Hospital sources said Bushra Bibi had only minor gastric problems.
According to Geo News, Bushra Bibi refused to undergo a blood test and did not give her a blood sample. Sources said the refusal to give blood samples will be mentioned in the final report and the report will be provided to Jail Superintendent Dr Asim and the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
In order to facilitate the investigation, Bushra Bibi filed a motion with the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on April 15. She asked the court to set up a medical examination and testing for her at Shaukat Khanum Hospital or any other private hospital of her choosing. should ascertain whether the food they were given was tainted or harmful.
Subsequently, on Saturday, the Islamabad Accountability Court granted her request for a medical examination and ordered an endoscopy to be performed on Bushra Bibi in a private hospital within two days.
As stated in her petition, Bushra Bibi claimed that the poisoned food she had been served was the cause of her heartburn and oral and throat pain.
