Former Lashkar commander murdered in Pakistan
Used to radicalize the terrorists who attacked in Kashmir; Used to give anti-India speeches in Pakistan. Former Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Akram Khan has been murdered in Pakistan. According to media reports, unidentified assailants riding a bike opened fire on Akram in Bajaur city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Akram Khan is also known as Akram Ghazi. He was responsible for recruitment in Lashkar from 2018 to 2020.

Akram often gave anti-India speeches in Pakistan. He was responsible for radicalizing the terrorists, who then infiltrated into the Kashmir valley. It is also being said in some reports that Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is trying to suppress Ghazi's death.
4 terrorists killed in 1 month
Ghazi's murder is the third killing of a top Lashkar terrorist in recent times. This year, this is the sixth case related to the death of a terrorist commander. Earlier on November 5, 2018, Khwaja Shahid, the mastermind of a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, was killed near the LOC.
Apart from this, many terrorists like Khalistani terrorists Paramjeet Singh Panjwad, Ejaz Ahmed Ahangar, Bashir Ahmed Peer were also killed by unknown assailants. Last month, another most wanted terrorist of India, Shahid Latif, was killed in Pakistan. Latif was shot dead by unknown assailants in Sialkot. Latif was the mastermind of the attack on Pathankot Air Force Station in 2016.
Earlier in September, unidentified gunmen shot dead a top Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist commander inside the Al-Qudus Mosque in PoK's Rawalkot. The terrorist was identified as Riyaz Ahmed alias Abu Qasim.
Lashkar terrorists fighting among themselves
According to media reports, Qaiser Farooq, another close associate of Hafiz Saeed, was also murdered by some unknown people. Many videos related to Farooq's murder had gone viral on social media. In this, 6 people are seen running away after shooting him. According to media reports, the security of Kamaluddin's brother Talha has also been increased.
In 2019, Hafiz Saeed's second son Talha also had a fatal attack, in which he narrowly escaped. Talha handles the finances of Lashkar. When he got this responsibility, the terrorists who had been working in Lashkar for many years had expressed their objection. To prevent factionalism from increasing, ISI has sent some leaders of the terrorist organization to safe places.
4 more terrorists killed in February-March
Apart from this, 4 terrorists were also killed between February-March. These include Hizbul Mujahideen's launching commander Bashir Ahmed Peer alias Imtiaz Alam, ISIS terrorist Ajaz Ahmed Ahangar, former Al Badr commander Syed Khalid Raza, Syed Noor Shalobar, who spread terrorism in Kashmir. All of them were murdered by unknown assailants in Pakistan or Afghanistan.
Lashkar-e-Taiba formed in 1990
Lashkar-e-Taiba is one of the largest Islamic terrorist organizations in South Asia. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed founded it in 1990 in Kunar province of Afghanistan. Hafiz currently operates Lashkar from Lahore, Pakistan. This organization had taken responsibility for the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai.
Lashkar-e-Taiba was banned in Pakistan on January 12, 2002, under the military rule of General Pervez Musharraf. The United Nations banned it in May 2005. Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is accused of funding Lashkar and harboring Hafiz Saeed.
