In the continuous Adani Delhi Premier League T20, North Delhi Strikers defeated Central Delhi Kings by 9 runs in a rain-interrupted thrilling match on Friday night at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. As the rain intervened, the number of overs in the match was reduced to 10-10. Chasing a target of 101 runs in 10 overs, Central Delhi Kings started the innings with Dhruv Kaushik and Hiten Dalal. Dhruv was removed by Manan Bhardwaj for 8 runs in the very first over.
