Delhi based fashion designer has filed a rape case against Mumbai based businessman. According to ANI, the victim woman complained about the matter to Mumbai Police on Wednesday evening. The woman alleges that her friend and businessman raped her at her home in Mumbai.
Police registered FIR under IPC sections 376, 323 and 509.
Actually, the woman had come to Mumbai for the first time and stayed at her friend's house who is a businessman by profession. According to Mumbai Police, the businessman took advantage of this opportunity and carried out the rape incident.
Police have registered an FIR in this case under IPC sections 376, 323 and 509 for rape, intentional hurt and insulting the modesty of a woman. At present, the accused is absconding and the police is busy searching for him.
