The news of a major accident has come to light from Maharashtra's Buldhana district. Six people died in a fierce collision between two buses here, while more than 20 people were badly injured. Amarnath pilgrims are also among the victims of the accident. According to the information received, this accident happened on the flyover located in Malkapur town of Buldhana district. This horrific accident happened last night around 2.30 am. Most of the passengers on the bus were fast asleep at that time. Even before this, another horrific bus accident took place in Buldhana this month. Then a luxury bus on the Samruddhi Express was burnt. 26 passengers died in that accident. Regarding the accident that happened last night, it was told that four people including two women have died.

About the accident, the local police officer said that the accident took place on a flyover in Malkapur town around 2.30 am on Friday. A bus that met with the accident was returning to Hingoli from Amarnath. While the other bus was going towards Nashik. The bus going towards Nashik tried to overtake a truck and in the process collided with another bus coming from the opposite direction.

In this collision, five people including two women died on the spot. One person died in the hospital. 20 people are still under treatment. Senior police officers of the district rushed to the spot and the injured were taken to a nearby hospital. The traffic on the road was disrupted for some time due to the accident, he said.
