Asian Games 2023: Pooja Vastrakar wreaked havoc on batsmen due to BAN, Indian team cut the ticket for the final

The Indian women's cricket team has booked the ticket for the final of the Asian Games 2023. In the semi-final match, Team India defeated Bangladesh by 8 wickets in a one-sided manner. The Indian team achieved the target of just 52 runs from Bangladesh in just 8.2 overs by losing 2 wickets. Pooja Vastrakar wreaked havoc with the ball and took four wickets.

The Indian team, which came to chase the target of 52 runs, did not have a good start and captain Smriti Mandhana was out after scoring just 7 runs. After this, Bangladesh lost wickets at regular intervals and within no time the entire team collapsed after scoring only 51 runs. Pooja bowled brilliantly and took 4 wickets for just 17 runs. At the same time, Amanjot Kaur and Rajeshwari Gaikwad bowled economically and took one wicket each.

By defeating Bangladesh, the Indian women's cricket team has at least assured itself of a silver medal in the Asian Games 2023.
