Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has stressed on the need for fairness and transparency in the recruitment process. He made the remarks during a meeting with the newly appointed chairman of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), retired Major General Alok Raj.

Jaipur : Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has stressed on the need for fairness and transparency in the recruitment process. He made the remarks during a meeting with the newly appointed chairman of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), retired Major General Alok Raj.

Gehlot said that the RSSB should ensure that the recruitment process is free from corruption and favoritism. He also asked the board to take all necessary steps to prevent the recurrence of paper leaks and other irregularities.

Raj assured Gehlot that the RSSB would work with utmost fairness and transparency. He said that the board would adopt all necessary measures to ensure that the recruitment process is fair and impartial.

The meeting between Gehlot and Raj comes at a time when the RSSB is facing criticism for its handling of several recruitment processes. In recent months, there have been several reports of paper leaks and other irregularities in RSSB exams.

Gehlot's meeting with Raj is seen as an attempt to restore the credibility of the RSSB. The chief minister has made it clear that he will not tolerate any corruption or favoritism in the recruitment process.

Raj has a tough task ahead of him. He will need to win the trust of the people and ensure that the RSSB is seen as an impartial and fair institution.

Raj assured Gehlot that the RSSB would work to fill up the vacancies as soon as possible. He said that the board would conduct recruitment exams for a large number of vacancies in the coming months.
