A larger portion of the company's dividends will go to CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Under this arrangement, Zuckerberg is eligible to receive $700 million (5,798 crore Indian rupees).

The social media company will pay CEO Zuckerberg this dividend for a full year. The information indicates that Zuckerberg owns 35 crore Meta shares. This means that after deducting taxes, they will receive Rs 1,450 crore each quarter. This decision by Meta to give dividends to investors gives information about the growth potential of the company.

Meta had given a compensation of Rs 2,245 crore to Zuckerberg in 2022. This also includes his salary of Rs 1 crore and private security cast. The company has fired more than 21,000 employees in the last year.
