7 seater car sold a lot instead of Maruti Ertiga, mileage of 27 km and price starts from Rs 5.24 lakh

Car companies have released their respective sales figures for the month of May (May 2023). The list of the top 10 best-selling vehicles has been released, and this time a lot of sales have happened from small cars to SUVs. A few more new models are yet to come next month and till this festive season, you will get to see many new vehicles. At the same time, Maruti's cheapest 7 seater car 'Eeco' has been sold fiercely. It is a multipurpose vehicle. Maruti Eeco comes in 13 variants.

Available in 5-seater to 7-seater variants, the Eeco's ex-showroom price starts at Rs 5.24 lakhs. For safety, this car gets features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD, sliding doors, immobilizer, illuminated hazard switch, child lock, and reverse parking sensors.

Maruti Suzuki Eeco sales have shown better growth in May, last month the company sold 12,818 units of EECO as against 10,482 units sold in the same period last year. In terms of sales, it has been at number 7 last month. A total of 10,528 units of Ertiga were sold, while the company sold 12,226 units last month. That is, this time there has been a decline in sales.

The Maruti Eeco now gets the new 1.2L Advanced K-Series Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine. Which generates a power of 80.76 PS and a torque of 104.4 Nm. According to the company, the new Eeco will give 25% more mileage on the petrol version while the Eeco S-CNG will get 29% more mileage. The Eeco Petrol returns a mileage of 20.20 km/l while the Eeco CNG returns a mileage of 27.05 km/kg.
