US Central Command (CENTCOM) said three drones targeting US forces in Iraq were shot down. Meanwhile, coalition forces suffered minor injuries when US forces fought these drones in western Iraq.
"Over the past 24 hours, U.S. forces shot down three drones near U.S. and coalition forces in Iraq," Centcom said in a statement Wednesday.
Giving information, US Central Command said that American forces have destroyed one drone and damaged another, causing minor injuries to coalition forces in western Iraq. On the other hand, American forces have also destroyed a drone in northern Iraq, in which the coalition forces were not injured.
