Shabnim Ismail will play from Mumbai, RCB bought Wareham-Molyneux; Sutherland joins Delhi. The auction for Season 2 of the Women's Premier League has taken place. On Saturday, league teams bid for 90 players in Mumbai, out of which Rs 12.75 crore was spent on 30 players.

All five teams bid on the players in the auction that lasted for about three and a half hours. Gujarat bought maximum 10 players. While Delhi added 3 players. Mumbai bought 5 players, UP bought 5 and Bengaluru bought 7 players.

Shabnim Ismail (1.20 crore), S Sajna (15 lakh), Amandeep Kaur (10 lakh), Fatima Jaffer (10 lakh) and Keerthana Balakrishnan (10 lakh).
2. Delhi Capitals bought 3 players
Annabel Sutherland (2 crores), Aparna Mandal (10 lakhs) and Ashwani Kumari (10 lakhs).
3. Gujarat Giants bought 10 players

4. Royal Challengers Bangalore bought 7 players
Ekta Bisht (60 Lakh), Georgia Wareham (40 Lakh), Kat Cross (30 Lakh), Shubha Satish (10 Lakh), Sophie Molyneux (30 Lakh), Simran Bahadur (30 Lakh) and Sabbineni Meghna (30 Lakh).
5. UP Warriors bought 5 players
Vrinda Dinesh (1.30 crore), Danny Wyatt (30 lakh), Poonam Khemnar (10 lakh), Saima Thakur (10 lakh) and Gauhar Sultana (30 lakh).
