Vice President met Kothari, Editor-in-Chief of Patrika Group, said - 'Natural resources should be linked to the sovereignty of the nation and the new generation to the Vedas'
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar met Gulab Kothari, Editor-in-Chief of Patrika Group here on Sunday during his stay in Jaipur. Kothari presented a copy of the book Shabd-Vedah composed by Karpoor Chandra Kulish, the founder of Rajasthan Patrika, to Vice President Dhankhar and informed about it.

Kothari presented a copy of the book Shabd-Vedah composed by Karpoor Chandra Kulish, the founder of Rajasthan Patrika, to Vice President Dhankhar and informed about it. At the same time, there was a detailed discussion between the two on many important points related to the nation's natural resources, culture, and economy.
During the meeting with Kothari, Vice President Dhankhar suggested linking natural resources with the sovereignty of the nation and making the new generation aware of the Vedas. During this, along with Vice President Dhankhar, his wife Sudesh Dhankhar was also present. The Vice President said that no attention has been paid to our economic nationalism. Countries in the world do not allow their raw material to go out, but this did not happen in our country.
Expressing his anguish, Kothari said that there is a big iron plant in Bhilai in our country, which has remained only one-fourth. Cattle breed like no other place like ours, but there is no industry related to animals here. The Vice President said that corporate companies of the world come in the field of natural resources and ask for settlement of their disputes in London-Paris. If we do something here, our democracy is questioned in the world.
Expressing concern over the increasing use of pesticides, Editor-in-Chief of Patrika Group, Kothari said that poison is reaching food and drink and we are talking about health, where is this science? At the time of COVID-19, the money went to Pharma companies. Children don't know about Millet. There is no question of getting rid of diseases. On this, Vice President Dhankhar said that people are not giving time to discuss serious issues. I see in Rajya Sabha that MPs do not come with preparation.
