The YouTuber has been identified as Ruby Franke. He confessed his crime before the court. Franke was charged in September with six counts of child abuse. Two cases were dropped after plea agreements. Franke will be sentenced in February. According to Utah law, if a person intentionally causes serious physical injury to a child, he or she is sentenced to one to 15 years in prison.
