A terrorist sitting in Canada and carrying out terrorist activities in India will be brought to India. Canada has permitted to bring terrorist Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla to India. Sitting abroad, Arshdeep was fueling Khalistani separatism in Punjab. Arsh Dalla's connections are also connected to Pakistan. Arsh Dalla is accused of supplying RDX, IED and AK 47 rifles. NIA had filed a petition in this regard in the Special Court in Mohali, Punjab. The court has accepted the petition. Arsh Dalla had also got Manohar Lal, a member of Dera Sacha Sauda, murdered.

Arshdeep is a resident of Dalla village of Moga in Punjab. It was named Arsh Dalla because of Dalla village. In January 2022, Arsh Dalla and Hardeep Singh Nijjar established a four-member KTF module. Its purpose was to carry out grenade attacks in the country. Gangsters Bikram Brar and Goldie Brar were also included in this module.

It is noteworthy that recently the relations between Canada and India had become very sour due to the killing of Khalistani terrorist Nijjar. Canada had accused Indian agencies of murder. After this, such complaints were seen in America. Diplomatic relations between India and Canada also deteriorated. This terrorist was also associated with Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Interpol had issued a Red Corner Notice against Rashdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla. In this, the extradition of Arsh Dalla was also requested. Along with sending the request, a communication has also been received through a letter from the Canadian authorities. Now the process of extradition of the accused has started. At the request of NIA, the petition for extradition of the accused has been officially approved.

The NIA special court said that the NIA had sought the extradition of the criminal against the accused Arsh Dalla. Interpol had issued a Red Corner Notice against him on 31 May 2022. A communication through letter has also been received from the Canadian authorities along with sending the extradition request for the accused. Under the above circumstances, at the request of NIA, the petition for extradition of the accused has been officially approved.
