Sulabh International founder Bindeshwar Pathak passed away, PM Modi expressed grief

Bindeshwar Pathak, founder of Sulabh International, passed away today. In the morning, he hoisted the tricolor at his Delhi office on the occasion of Independence Day. During this, his health had deteriorated. After which he was admitted to AIIMS. This is where he breathed his last. Pathak brought the toilet revolution to India. For this, the Life Time Achievement Award was given in the year 2015.

Bindeshwar Pathak contributed to the field of improving public health, social development, and the protection of human rights. He made cleanliness accessible, he made a different identity not only in the country but in the world. All the accessible toilets are there today in the country. He is the gift of Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak. He started working on it many years ago and made toilet facilities accessible across the country.
