Motivated by this zeal, the Centre for Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in India launched a space technology programme. Promoting international cooperation between India and other countries is the aim of this programme. These claims have been made by a senior World Economic Forum (WEF) representative.
Sebastian Bacup, executive committee member of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, says India is being seen as a role model for small and ambitious space countries. All these countries now want cooperation from India. WEF wants to increase cooperation in the space sector between India and emerging space countries. He said that many entrepreneurs from around the world also want to invest in India's space sector. The reason for this is that India is investing in shared infrastructure and if India is successful in doing this then it can create new dimensions in the space sector.
