Seeing 'Jawan', Rajkumar Rao changed the release date of his film, but Nawaz is adamant, will give direct competition to Shahrukh
Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan: Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Jawan' is releasing in theaters on 7 September.

Rajkummar Rao has postponed the release of the film, directed by Atlee, due to a clash with Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Jawaan'. The release date of Rajkumar Rao's film 'Shri' was fixed on 15 September. The film's director Tushar Hiranandani has said that he cannot take the risk of releasing his film right after Shah Rukh's film as it will not be able to compete with Hum Jawan. In such a situation, he is extending the release of his film till December. Rajkumar Rao starrer in this film is a biopic of businessman Shrikant Bola.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Anurag Kashyap's upcoming film, 'Huddi' is releasing on 7th September along with Shahrukh Khan's 'Jawan'. Nawaz and the film's director Akshay Ajay Sharma have decided not to change the release of their crime drama. However, 'Haddi' will not have a direct fight with 'Jawan'. The reason for this is that Shahrukh's film is being released in theatres. Huddi, on the other hand, will stream on the ZEE5 platform. In such a situation, both films are not going to clash at the box office.
