The petroleum company changes the gas prices on the first of every month. This time the companies have given relief to the customers. After domestic LPG cylinders, the government has reduced the costs of commercial gas cylinders. The price of a 19 kg LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs 158. After this, the price of this cylinder in Delhi has been reduced to Rs 1522. Earlier, the government announced a reduction of Rs 200 in the prices of domestic LPG for consumers covered under the Ujjwala scheme.

SEBI has introduced a regulatory framework for execution-only platforms for direct schemes of mutual fund schemes. This rule has come into force from 1 September. The new rules will make it convenient for investors to invest only through execution platforms (EOPs) as well as appropriate investor protection mechanisms.

According to the website of Axis Bank, from September 1, Magnus has brought a new rule for users holding credit cards. Magnus credit card holders will no longer be given discounts on certain transactions.

There has been a change in jet fuel price, i.e. ATF, from September 1st. From today, jet fuel has become Rs 1,12,419.33 in New Delhi, which was earlier Rs 98,508.26 per kilo liter. That means its price has been increased by Rs 13,911.07 per kiloliter.

There has been a change in the rules of rent-free accommodation by the Income Tax Department. Under this, employees getting higher salaries and living rent-free from the employer will now get a chance to save more. Under this rule, tax deduction in salary will be less and employees will get more take-home salary. This rule has come into effect from September 1.
