Haptik Partners with Jio to Bring True 5G to India via WhatsApp Chatbot

Haptik, a conversational AI platform, has launched a WhatsApp chatbot that allows users to check the availability of Jio True 5G in their area and request a connection.

The chatbot is available in English, Hindi, and Marathi. To use it, users simply need to send a message to the chatbot with their zip code or area code. The chatbot will then check the availability of Jio True 5G in that area and let the user know if they are eligible for a connection.

If the user is eligible for a connection, the chatbot will prompt them to provide their contact information. The chatbot will then send the user a link to the Jio website, where they can complete the application process.
