Pardeep Narwal in PKL 11: The biggest update on the first day of the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 auction was that Pawan Sehrawat was retained by Telugu Titans, so Pardeep Narwal will now play for a different team.

On the first day of the Pro Kabaddi Season 11 players' auction, Sachin Tanwar (Rs 2.15 crore) and Mohammadreza Shadlou Chiyaneh (Rs 2.07 crore) crossed the 2 crore mark. Sachin (Tamil Thalaivas) was the most expensive player to sell in Category A, while Bharat (UP Yoddhas - Rs 1.30 crore) became the most expensive player to sell in Category B. A total of 20 players were bought by 12 franchise teams in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 11 Players Auction 2024. 3 Final Bid Match (FBM) cards were used on the first day. Bengal Warriors, Telugu Titans, and Gujarat Giants used Final Bid Match cards for Maninder Singh, Pawan Sehrawat, and Sombir respectively.

Pardeep Narwal, famous as Dubki King, will now play for Bengaluru Bulls in the Pro Kabaddi League 2024. Pardeep was playing for UP Yoddha's team for the last 4 seasons and will now play for Bengaluru Bulls. His performance while in UP Yoddha was never the same as he was seen with Patna Pirates. Apart from this, Pawan Sehrawat has not been left by Telugu Titans. Pawan got injured last season and was out of most of the matches. During this, another dashing raider has been added to Dabang Delhi. Dabang Delhi has bought Siddharth Desai for just 26 lakhs.

This auction saw a record number of players joining the Rs 1 crore club in PKL history. Sachin, Mohammadreza Chiyaneh, Guman Singh, Pawan Sehrawat, Bharat, Maninder Singh, Ajinkya Pawar, and Sunil Kumar were part of the Rs 1 crore club in the auction. U Mumba bought Sunil Kumar for Rs 1.015 crore and he became the most expensive Indian defender ever. Pardeep Narwal, the player with the most raid points in PKL history, was bought by Bengaluru Bulls for Rs 70 lakh. At the same time, experienced defender Surjeet Singh was bought by Jaipur Pink Panthers for Rs 60 lakh.
