The report tells how these password managers leak people's passwords. According to the claim, passwords are leaked only during the autofill process in the password manager. During this research, the team has tested this bug with famous password managers like 1Password, LastPass, Keeper and Enpass and all of them have failed in it, that is, these password managers can leak your password. Which password managers are secure and which are not?

  1. Google Smart Lock: It is safe. Due to this, there is no risk of leakage of username and password.
  2. Dashlane: This is also considered safe.
  3. 1Password: It can leak both username and password. After the research report came out, the company has said that it has fixed the bug. Now there is no possibility of data leak.
  4. LastPass: This can also leak both username and password.
  5. EnPass: Both username and password can be leaked.
  6. Keepass2Android: Both username and password may be leaked.
  7. Keeper: Both username and password can be leaked.
