Know which team will win the IPL 2024 title, Matthew Hayden predicted
IPL 2024 Winner Prediction: While former England batsman Kevin Pietersen has predicted the victory of Sunrisers Hyderabad, now former Australian batsman Matthew Hayden has claimed that Kolkata Knight Riders will win the title.

After defeating Rajasthan Royals by 36 runs in the second qualifying match on Friday night, Sunrisers Hyderabad advanced to the IPL 2024 final. The title match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders is scheduled for Sunday, May 26. However, prior to that, cricket legends have begun claiming that their team will win. Although former Australian batsman Matthew Hayden has declared that Kolkata Knight Riders will win the title, former England batsman Kevin Pietersen has predicted Sunrisers Hyderabad's victory. He has also provided explanations for why KKR emerged victorious in addition to this.
Both Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad started their IPL 2024 campaign against each other and the first match was won by KKR. After this, both of them clashed for the second time in Qualifier-1 this season and KKR entered the final by winning by 8 wickets. Now IPL 2024 will also end with the match between these two.
Matthew Hayden feels that Kolkata's spin duo Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy will make an impact in the match. The spinners have shared 36 wickets for Kolkata in the current season. Hayden said on Star Sports Cricket Live that I am confident that Kolkata will win here. The excellent spin of Narayan and Varun Chakraborty will make a difference on this pitch.
Hayden further said that in high-pressure finals, the 'strong-hearted' team wins the title. KKR has worked hard and traveled a lot. It is really challenging and tough tournament. Luck will always play a small role in a player's life, there is no doubt about that. But, more than anything it's about making sure you show how committed you are to your team on the day.
He said that what I saw in Rajasthan Royals was that they were committed on one side of the match, but when it came to batting they were not completely confident. They felt the pressure and tension and they succumbed to it.
