Karishma Tanna, Varun Bangera, and Sameer Kochhar have filed a fraud case of Rs 1.3 crore against the couple who own and run a real estate development firm. In this case, the allegation against the couple is that they have committed fraud in the name of selling a flat in Bandra.

In this case, the police said, accused Proneet Prem Nath and his wife Ameesha are accused of defrauding the complainant's family of Rs 1.03 crore in the name of selling their flat in Bandra in the year 2022. Andheri Police of Mumbai has registered a case against the accused husband and wife under sections 409 and 420 of IPC and started an investigation.

Kochhar and Karishma Tanna's husband Varun Bangera, after their marriage in the year 2020, had decided to buy two flats in the Pali area of Bandra West from Proneet Nath and his wife Ameesha, for which Sameer Kochhar paid Rs 1 crore 95 lakh and Varun Bangera Had also given Rs 90 lakh.

In June this year, the accused said that they did not want to sell the flat, but came to know that the flat had already been sold.
